Data Analyst

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will work closely with our Ecommerce team to analyze and interpret data sets and generate actionable insights. You will be responsible for gathering, processing, and analyzing data from various sources, and communicating your findings to relevant stakeholders. This is an entry-level position ideal for recent graduates or individuals with up to three years of relevant experience. This is a key supporting role to the Ecommerce team and reports directly to the Sr. Director of Ecommerce, Sales & Client Experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • - Collect and formulate reports using multiple platforms: google analytics, shopify, google console, hot jar, hubspot, and others to compile reports for key stakeholders that will allow them to make informed decisions.

  • - Help to analyze data from multiple data sources identifying trends and patterns that will allow us to inform business decisions.

  • - Prepare ad hoc reports and presentations that clearly communicate insights to stakeholders.

  • - A/B Testing opportunities

  • - Collaborate with team members to develop data-driven solutions to business problems.

  • - Create and maintain databases and data systems such as a data warehouse, to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

  • - Help to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to increase efficiency.

  • - Website Analytics: Responsible for daily Ecomm Reporting to be shared on slack (previous days traffic, CR, orders, sample orders, top selling products, referring URLs, etc.) At the beginning of each month a similar monthly report to be shared. Tools: Google Analytics, Shopify

  • - Ownership of ecomm analytics (google analytics, shopify analytics, hubspot analytics) to help tell a story with our data along with ecomm team collaboration - to ensure we are optimizing our clé ecomm experience based on this data) Tools: Google Analytics, Shopify, Hubspot

Qualifications and Skills:

  • - Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field or have a proven track record and work history showcasing experience.

  • - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • - Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • - Outstanding excel capabilities.

  • - Proficiency in SQL and database concepts.

  • - Ability to work independently and as part of a team and very comfortable working in a fast paced environment with a lean team.

  • - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

  • - Knowledge of data visualization tools such as a Tableau, Power BI or Google Data Studio.

  • - Excellent google analytics skills.



The range for the position is $85,000 to $95,000 and is based upon experience.

PHOTOGRAPHY ASSISTANT

 

This job combines creative/photography/editing component, an image management component, and project coordination for photography projects.

clé is the preferred house for artisan tile that transformed artisan tile from hard-to-find rarity to design-world staple. the creative team behind clé has also created OUTERclé, the definitive new resource for elevated outdoor materials and design elements. 

clé’s Brand and Creative team is looking for a Photography Assistant to help our photography team in a high-volume, fast moving environment. In particular this individual will support our Photography Lead in producing product and campaign photography from end to end, also working closely with the Art Direction Lead. 

Responsibilities

Photography/Editing
As directed by photography and brand/creative team leads
- assisting in the set-up and breakdown of photography equipment, including cameras, lighting, and accessories
- picking up, organizing, and then returning tile/materials/props to be shot to product development or as directed
- keeping the photography studio and photoshoot areas in working order
- imagery prepping
- image processing
- image editing, color correcting, touchups
- CGs
- sourcing imagery/contributing imagery for blogs, newsletters, and more
-  working on more self-directed photography campaigns as directed
- providing overall input on imagery choices

 

Image management

- uploading images to the product information system for ecomm launches

- organizing and labeling imagery to ensure consistency and search ability

 

Photography Project/Process Coordination

- organizing photo shoots (including collecting props, working on backdrops, timing and logistics, working on shot lists

- supporting stylists on photoshoots

- organizing our launch imagery development process, making sure launch assets are tracked and outstanding needs are clear (and met) within the context of the launch calendar

- using the Figma tracking board (a work in progress) to help us all see where we are in the process of developing launch imagery

- helping maintain the photography board on our task management program to ensure that photography needs are prioritized and specified clearly

- working with the broader team to ensure that the photography team’s work is prioritized and clear on an ongoing basis


Experience and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent

- Previous experience in a photography-related role in a production oriented environment

- Basic understanding of photography equipment and techniques

- Proficiency in photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop)

- Some styling experience helpful

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities

- A keen eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling

- A strong interest in fashion/design

- Experience with Figma, Miro, gSuite, and task management software and tools a plus

- Proactiveness, a sense of urgency

- A keen eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling

- The ability to lift and carry equipment, stand for extended periods, and work in various indoor and outdoor settings

-  Reliable transportation as needed

 

Compensation: $22-$33/hour based on experience
